Oops!! I made a mistake.
The Content Marketing with AI workshop starts at 10am, not 11. Same Zoom, same registration link.
If you were already planning to join, move it an hour earlier on your calendar. We'll get into where AI actually fits in a content workflow — where it amplifies clear positioning and customer understanding, and where it just amplifies the confusion if the strategy underneath isn't there yet.
Already registered? Just show up at 10. Not yet? The link's still open — it's in the comments. Grab a spot and I'll see you on Zoom.

I'm putting on a workshop for small business owners on May 28th in San Jose at the MLK Library. It's hosted by the Silicon Valley Small Business Development Center, and the focus is simple: how to use AI and social media without living on it all day.
Most small business owners I work with tell me the same thing. They know they need to post. They know they need to stay active. But they hate the time it takes, and they never know what to say.
That's the problem I solve. Not with another content calendar template. Not with another AI tool that spits out generic posts. But with one repeatable workflow that takes 15 minutes a day and fits your business.
I've launched three startups. One ended in an acquisition. I've spent years building go-to-market strategies and helping founders run their own marketing without burning out. The truth is you don't need a marketing team. You need one habit that works.
At this workshop, I'll walk you through the practical workflows and time-saving templates you can start using the next day. No fluff. No theory. Just the systems I use with clients who need to stay visible without adding another full-time job.
If you can't make it to San Jose but you want help building your own 15-minute marketing habit, I'm offering free 15–20 minute marketing audits. I'll review what you're doing now, give you one or two quick wins, and build your first week of content with you.
Book the audit: https://www.radi8.com/free-audit?utm_source=linkedin&utm_campaign=free_audit&utm_content=post_id
Or if you're in the Bay Area on May 28th, I'd love to see you at the workshop. …more

You spent two hours last week writing LinkedIn posts. You published three. Two got six likes total.
That's not a content problem. That's a workflow problem.
I'm running a free workshop in San Jose on May 28 where I'll walk you through the exact AI-assisted workflows I use to help small business owners produce a week of content in under 30 minutes.
You'll see live demos. You'll leave with templates you can use the next day. No fluff, no pitch, just practical tools that save you real time.
I've launched three startups with one acquisition exit. The pattern is always the same: founders who ship repeatable systems fast win over the ones who overthink every post.
If you're in the Bay Area come to the workshop: https://www.radi8.com/blog/workshop-may-28th-marketing-with-ai
Most small business owners I talk to say the same thing: they know they need to be active on social and stay visible to customers, but they don't have time to figure out what works or keep up with every new tool.
That's exactly why we're hosting a hands-on workshop on May 28th at San Jose State.
This isn't a webinar you watch and forget. It's a working session designed for business owners who want practical answers, not more theory.
Here's what we'll cover:
The latest AI marketing technologies that are actually useful for small businesses—not the hype, just the tools and workflows that save time and improve results.
The real challenges SMBs face when adopting AI for marketing, and how to navigate them without adding complexity.
How to build an AI-ready team through training and upskilling, even if you're working with limited resources.
You'll also get time to bring your specific questions and get direct input from our team on what makes sense for your business.
You'll leave with a clear plan you can start using right away.
Seats are limited—we're keeping this small and interactive. If you've been putting off learning how AI can fit into your marketing without taking over your entire week, this is the session to attend.
May 28th at SJSU. Registration is open now.
Send me a message if you want details or have questions about whether this is right for your business.

Most AI transformation efforts stall because leaders underestimate the organizational redesign required. The technology is the easier part. The harder work is redefining how teams collaborate, which roles need new skills, and what decisions can no longer be made the same way.
We see this pattern consistently. Leaders invest in AI tools and then expect existing workflows to absorb them. What actually happens is friction. Teams unsure of their new responsibilities. Processes that conflict with what the technology enables. Decision rights that no longer match the speed or scale of AI-driven insights.
This is both a technical problem and It is a leadership problem that requires a different skill set than most organizations currently have.
Our workshops at AI Institute of Silicon Valley focus on closing this gap. They walk you through the frameworks for identifying which roles need transformation, how to redesign workflows around AI capabilities, and how to implement change in a way that your organization can sustain.
These sessions are built for executives and business leaders who are past the exploratory phase and need practical guidance to move forward. You will leave with tools you can apply immediately to your own transformation initiatives.
We offer scheduled workshops throughout the year. If your organization has specific challenges or needs a tailored approach, we also design custom workshops that address your unique context.
If you are leading AI transformation and facing the challenge of organizational redesign, these workshops provide the clarity and methods to navigate it effectively.
Sign up for a scheduled session or contact us to discuss a custom workshop for your team.

If you run a manufacturing business in California, finding time to sharpen your strategy or fix supply chain gaps often falls to the bottom of the list.
NorCal SBDC and Roadmap 4 Innovation are running two no-cost cohort courses from May through July. Both are designed for manufacturers who need practical frameworks without the typical seminar fluff.
The timing matters. These are cohort programs, which means you learn alongside other operators facing similar challenges. That peer context is often more valuable than the curriculum itself.
What makes these worth considering:
No cost. That removes the usual budget approval friction.
Cohort format. You get exposure to how other manufacturers are solving problems you might be stuck on.
Focused scope. Strategy and supply chain. Not a general business course trying to cover everything.
If you're handling operations and strategy yourself, or if you've been putting off a closer look at your supply chain because you don't have a clear starting point, this is a low-risk way to get structured guidance.
Most small business owners I work with struggle to carve out time for anything that isn't directly tied to revenue or customer delivery. But the manufacturers who consistently grow are the ones who block time to work on the business, not just in it.
Applications are open now. Courses run May through July.
If you know a California manufacturer who would benefit, share this with them.
