This Privacy Policy explains how Custany, LLC (doing business as Radi8) collects, uses, and shares information when you use the Radi8 website and application (the "Services"). Radi8 is a portfolio company of Custany, LLC and registered in California as a DBA.

Payment information
If you make a purchase, payment details are processed by our payment provider. We receive confirmation and limited details related to the transaction.

Cookies and analytics
We use functional cookies necessary to operate the Services. We also
use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use our website so
we can improve it. Google Analytics sets cookies (such as
_ga and _ga_BQ5XQJVZK7) that collect
information including pages viewed, referring site, time on page, and
approximate location derived from IP address. Cookie data is retained
by Google for up to 14 months. We do not use marketing cookies or
advertising tracking pixels.
You can opt out of Google Analytics by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on or by blocking cookies in your browser settings.

Mobile App
Radi8 offers a mobile application. This policy applies to information collected through the app, and we may provide additional notices in the app as required by law.
Children's Privacy
The Services are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact support@radi8.com.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect information. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
