The Multilingual Mind helps schools and education teams close the gap between what they know they want to do and what their people actually have the time, training, tools, systems, and support to impl
What is something you care about doing well at school, but struggle to fit into the actual day?
Maybe it is time to plan with your co-teacher. Following up with a family. Practicing something from a training before the next new expectation lands on top of it.
I keep coming back to a simple idea in my work: most of the things that look like someone not caring enough are actually conditions problems. There was never enough time, a clear enough agreement, a usable tool, or a chance to practice before the thing was expected to be automatic. The intention is there. The conditions around it are not.
I would love for this page to be a place where we can talk honestly about that gap and share what actually helps.
So here is my question. When you think about the one thing that keeps getting pushed aside, what would make it more possible? Time? A clearer agreement about who does what? A tool you could actually reuse? A real chance to practice? Something else entirely?
You do not need to name your school or anyone involved. I am not interested in judging the people. I am interested in the work and the conditions around it.
